Sipra Labs Vacancy Details
1. Sr. Analyst – HPLC
- Department: Analytical Lab
- Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Pharm. / B.Pharm.
- Experience: 4–6 Years
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Strong hands-on experience with chromatographic techniques.
- Routine analysis and method transfer/validation.
- Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
- Handling of OOS/OOT investigations and data review.
- Exposure to regulatory audits, including FDA, MHRA, and USFDA requirements.
2. Manager – Facility Administration
- Department: Facility Admin
- Qualification: Any Graduation / Post Graduation
- Experience: 3–10 Years
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Manage facility maintenance and activities, including electrical, HVAC, gases, instruments, utilities, and housekeeping.
- Ensure equipment reliability, maintenance, calibration, and qualification in coordination with QA.
- Manage maintenance budgets, AMCs, spares, energy, and costs.
- Maintain SOPs, calibration schedules, equipment records, and audit documentation.
3. Executive – Stores
- Department: Stores
- Qualification: Any Graduation / Post Graduation
- Experience: 2–4 Years
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Manage stores, inventory operations, and material handling.
- Handle GRN, inward/issued transactions, and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain GDP-compliant storage conditions and FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Coordinate labelling, quarantine, and CQA activities with QA.
- Maintain documentation, safety, and material segregation.
4. Instrument Engineer
- Department: Maintenance
- Qualification: Any Graduation / Post Graduation
- Experience: 2–4 Years
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Analytical instrument and equipment repair, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with AMC/vendor and spares management.
- Knowledge of 100% calibration, PM schedules, and qualification within due dates.
- Ensure equipment uptime and breakdown-resolution turnaround time.
