1. Tablet Manufacturing
Officer to Sr. Officer (B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc, 2-6 yrs exp)
Skills: Granulation, compression, coating, online documentation, OMS.
Operator (ITI/Diploma, 2 to 5 yrs exp)
Skills:
To Operate Granulation lines (RMG/FBD/FBP/Roll Compactor), Automatic Compression Machine (PLC/SCADA based Cadmach & Fluid Pack), Coating (Kevin & Gansons), Capsule M/C
2. Tablet Packing
Operator (ITI/Diploma, 2-5 yrs exp)
Skills: Blister packing, line clearance, GDP, GMP compliance.
Officer to Sr. Officer (B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc, 2-6 yrs exp)
Skills: Operating blister machines (ELMACH 3015 PDA), auto cartonators, track & trace systems.
3. Injectable Department
Officer to Sr. Officer (B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc, 2-6 yrs exp)
Skills: Should have sound knowledge require in LVP, SVP, Aseptic filling, Vial, Ampule, Washing, BSS tunnel, Autoclave & Sterilization.
Operator (ITI/Diploma, 2 to 5 years)
Skills:
Should have experience to operating Ampule/Vial Filling M/C, Sealing & Labeling M/C, Autoclave & Sterilisation
4. Quality Assurance (QA)
Officer to Sr. Officer (B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Sc, 2-9 yrs exp)
Skills: Process validation, IPQA, vendor qualification, APQR.
5. Quality Control (QC)
Officer to Sr. Officer (B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Sc, 2-6 yrs exp)
Skills: HPLC, GC analysis, microbial testing (water/EM/BET).
6. Engineering & Maintenance
Officer to Sr. Officer (B.E/M.E/B.Tech, 2-6 yrs exp)
Skills: Plant maintenance, utility systems, EHS compliance.
7. PDD
Officer to Sr. Officer (Diploma/B.EPrinting Packaging, 2 to 6 years)
Skills:
Should Have Sound Knowledge Art Work & Product Design
8. Warehouse & TTD
Warehouse Officer (B.Sc/B.Com/M.Com, 2-6 yrs exp) – Procurement, inventory management.
TTD Executive (B.Pharm/M.Pharm, 4-6 yrs exp) – Technology transfer, regulatory submissions.
