Open Positions and Requirements
The company is looking for candidates across three primary departments, each with specific qualification and experience criteria.
1. Maintenance Department (Formulations)
This role is specifically for male candidates with a background in mechanical engineering.
- Qualification: B. Tech – Mechanical
- Experience: 3 to 6 years
- Key Skills: Candidates should have experience in the Liquid and Tablets manufacturing industry. Expertise in maintenance management, HVAC, water systems, air compressors, and vacuum pumps is essential. The role involves managing breakdown schedules for liquid filling lines, blending tanks, and packaging machinery, as well as handling preventive and predictive maintenance documentation.
- Salary: Up to 5 LPA
2. Quality Control (QC) – HPLC & Documentation
This department is open to both male and female candidates with a strong pharmaceutical or science background.
- Qualification: B. Pharmacy / M. Pharmacy / MSc
- Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Key Skills: Proficiency in handling HPLC, Raw Material (RM) analysis, finished product analysis, and stability samples. Additionally, candidates must be familiar with QMS activities and documentation such as Specifications, STPs, and SOPs.
3. Production Chemist
This is an entry-level opportunity for male candidates who have recently graduated.
- Qualification: B.Sc. / B. Pharmacy
- Experience: Freshers (2024 and 2025 pass-outs)
- Requirement: Fluency in the Telugu language is mandatory for this role.
