Analytical Researcher
•Must have hands-on experience on techniques such as HPLC/GC/IC/IR/Titrimetric analysis/wet analysis and troubleshooting during laboratory failures.
•Exposure to perform Analytical development/validations/Technology transfer for analytical test methods related to chromatographic and non-chromatographic techniques.
•Aware about Analytical test method validation requirements from different markets/respective guidelines.
•Exposure to perform laboratory investigation and usage of various investigation tools.
Chemical Researcher
•Literature search & ability to understand patents claims
•Skills to develop process and scale up at higher scale
•Spectroscopic data analysis for chemical characterization
•Ability to use retrosynthetic approach for synthetic routes.
•Ability to understand and draw structures from IUPAC names
•Understanding of relevant ICH guidelines
•Collaborative approach & soft skills
