Urgent required “Export officer/Export Executive”.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Shipment booking upon shipment activation
• Updating shippers on shipment status
• Chasing Proof of Delivery
• Creation and checking of EVI before execution
• Executing of direct shipments
• Checking and verifying of shipping documents before execution
• Handling of regular corporate customers shipment with special attention
• Double checking of AWB after execution before detaching
Labeling of cargo for export
Liasing with vendor for transportation arrangements
Any additional duties assigned
