Experience: 2–8 years
Qualification
Candidates with M.Sc., B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma qualifications in relevant Chemistry/Chemical disciplines can apply.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Execute various stages of production batches as per the approved plan.
- Comply with cGMP, quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
- Follow manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Experience in handling API equipment, batch processing and critical parameters.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
2. Engineering
Work Location: Bidar
Experience: 3–8 years
Qualification
B.Tech or Diploma candidates with relevant engineering experience can apply.
Key Areas
Candidates should have experience or knowledge in:
- Utility Operations
- Instrumentation/Automation
- Electrical Maintenance
- Mechanical Maintenance
3. TAT – Technology & Analytical Transfer
Work Location: Bidar
Experience: 3–8 years
Qualification
B.Tech – Chemical candidates are eligible.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of API manufacturing technology transfer.
- Experience in scale-up and end-to-end process engineering.
- Knowledge of commercial-scale manufacturing activities.
- Experience with GMP, BMR/BPR and related documentation.
- Understanding of process validation and control strategies.
- Knowledge of functional handling across QA, QC, Production, Engineering and SHE.
- Experience with change control, deviations, CAPA and other quality systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Quality Control (QC)
Work Location: Bidar
Experience: 2–8 years
Qualification
- M.Sc. – Organic Chemistry
- M.Pharma
Key Skills
Candidates should have knowledge and experience in:
- HPLC
- GC
- LIMS
- GMP and GLP practices
- Analytical testing
- Method validation
- Software exposure

5. Quality Assurance (QA)

- Strong knowledge of GMP and QMS.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience in QA operations.

6. Kilo Lab – Production
Work Location: Shameerpet
Experience: 2–8 years
Qualification
M.Sc. / B.Sc. – Chemistry
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Execute production batches according to the approved schedule.
- Adhere to cGMP, quality, safety and regulatory standards.
- Operate plant equipment and monitor critical process parameters.
- Execute manufacturing activities as per defined procedures.
- Maintain proper production documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
