Key Departments and Skill Requirements
The walk-in drive seeks candidates for the following departments:
Production: Candidates with a Diploma, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Tech, or B.Sc. are required to possess skills in injectables, lyophilization, autoclave, vial washing, compounding, sealing, and aseptic techniques, with 2 to 10 years of relevant experience.
FR&D & Technology Transfer: Open to graduates in M.Pharm, B.Pharm, B.Tech, or pharmaceutical sciences, candidates should have expertise in formulation development, scale-up, exhibit batches, process validation, technology transfer, and R&D, with 2 to 10 years of experience.
Process Engineering/Engineering QMS: B.E. or M.E. (Mechanical, EEE, E&I) holders are needed for lyophilization, autoclave operation, sterile maintenance, and process/vial filling equipment, requiring 3 to 10 years of experience.
Quality Control–Chemical: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc., or M.Sc. graduates with 2 to 7 years of experience should bring skills in HPLC, GC, IR, UV, water analysis, and various pharmaceutical materials.
Quality Assurance: Open to B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc., or M.Sc. graduates with 2 to 7 years’ experience, focusing on IPQA, documentation, batch production review, and validation activities.
