📢 We’re Hiring: Pharmaceutical Documentation Specialist
Location: HOF Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience: 1–5 years in pharmaceutical documentation
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities :
• Master Formula & Packing Records: Create and review MFRs and MPRs
• Batch Records: Prepare BMRs (Batch Manufacturing Records) and BPRs (Batch Production Records)
• CAPA & Change Control: Draft, review, and implement corrective/preventive actions and change-control documentation
• Process Protocols: Support preparation of process validation and qualification protocols & reports (PQ-BMR)
• Labeling & Artwork: Check artwork, inserts, and leaflets for accuracy
• Analytical Documents: Generate COAs, MOAs, DRS, specifications, STPs, and stability study reports
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all documentation adheres to WHO-GMP and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle
Ideal Candidate
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy or related discipline
• 1–5 years’ hands-on experience with pharmaceutical GMP documentation (MFR, BMR, BPR, CAPA, Change Control, STP, COA, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple document streams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and GMP document management systems
