Open Positions
1. Drug Substance Manufacturing
Downstream Processing – Executive / Senior Executive
- Qualification: M.Sc./M.Tech. or B.Tech. in Biotechnology/Biochemistry.
- Experience: 5–9 years.
- Key responsibilities: Downstream processing, TFF systems, buffer preparation, mammalian cell culture handling, change control, deviation management, CAPA, OOS and other downstream process activities.
Upstream Processing – Executive / Senior Executive
- Qualification: M.Sc./M.Tech. or B.Tech. in Biotechnology/Biochemistry.
- Experience: 5–9 years.
- Key responsibilities: Upstream processing, vial retrieval, seed propagation, media preparation, bioreactor operation, change control, deviation management, CAPA, OOS and other downstream process documentation.
2. Quality Control
Bioassay – Executive / Senior Executive
- Qualification: M.Sc./ M.Tech. or B.Tech. in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry.
- Experience: 5–9 years.
- Key responsibilities: TNF-α neutralization cell-based potency assays, ADCC and CDC assays, ELISA, cell culture techniques, potency assays, method validation, understanding of dose-response curves, relative potency, assay validity and QMS.
Biochemistry – Executive / Senior Executive
- Qualification: M.Sc./ M.Tech. or B.Tech. in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry.
- Experience: 5–9 years.
- Key responsibilities: Analytical method transfer and validation of biochemical-related testing methods, including HPLC, HPLC-related DNA (HCD), residual protein A (RPA), capillary electrophoresis, SDS and WBT testing, as applicable to in-process samples and finished products.
