1. Electrical
Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive
Experience: 6–10 Years
Key skills: Equipment maintenance, preventive and breakdown maintenance, sterile filling lines, depyrogenation tunnels, autoclaves, lyophilizers, HVAC, purified water, WFI, uninterrupted power supply, GMP compliance, validation, troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis.
2. Process Maintenance – Injectables
Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive / AM
Experience: 6–12 Years
Key skills: Vial washing, filling machines, sealing machines, vial leak detection, cGMP-related equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, equipment spares/indents and documentation.
3. Process Instrumentation & Calibration
Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive
Experience: 5–10 Years
Key skills: Calibration of pressure, temperature, flow and level transmitters; analytical balances; pH meters; HPLC and GC; SAT; IQ/OQ/PQ; DCS, PLC and SCADA; automation and control; HVAC-related troubleshooting.
4. HVAC
Designation: Sr. Executive
Experience: 6–10 Years
Key skills: EMS and BMS installation, qualification, audits, troubleshooting, cleanroom monitoring, temperature/DP/RH monitoring, AHU installation and qualification, validation and HVAC troubleshooting.
5. Utilities
Designation: Executive
Experience: 6–10 Years
Key skills: Chillers, cooling towers, boilers, nitrogen plant, air compressors, ETP and STP installations, qualification and validation as per GMP guidelines, and QMS documentation.
6. Water System
Designation: Sr. Operator
Experience: 8–12 Years
Key skills: Raw water sump, CSRO, HSRO, EDI and WFI generation, PSG generation operations, chemical cleaning, hot water sanitization, PWD/WFI sanitization, passivation, filter integrity testing, monitoring, GMP documentation and QMS.
