Key Responsibilities:

Safeguard the well-being of research subjects by adhering to the highest standards of safety and care.

Review and implement study protocols in compliance with regulatory and health guidelines.

Recruit and communicate effectively with clinical trial volunteers and patients.

Ensure compliance with global and local regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare study-related documents such as informed consent forms and study manuals.

Monitor clinical trials, troubleshoot issues, and support smooth study execution.

Provide administrative and operational support to clinical research activities.
-
Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Qualifications:
-
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).

Experience: Minimum 2 years in clinical operations or a related field.

Certifications:
-
Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) – Preferred

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – Required

Skills Required:
-
Strong knowledge of clinical research protocols and regulatory frameworks.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinical trial management software.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
