We are looking to hire A candidates having experience in Formulation development of sterile/ Injectable Dosage forms as per guidelines of US, EU, Canada, Brazil and ROW market. Literature search, Pre-formulation and compatibility studies, Scale-up and Technology transfer.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Formulation Development:
Develop stable and robust injectable formulations (small/large volume parenteral, lyophilized products, etc.) based on QbD principles and pre-formulation studies.

2) Pre-formulation & Compatibility Studies:
Conduct pre-formulation and API-excipient compatibility studies to determine optimal formulation strategy.

3) Process Development:
Design and optimize manufacturing processes suitable for scale-up and commercial production.
Define CPPs and CQAs.

4) Technology Transfer:
Prepare technology transfer documents and support successful transfer to plant or pilot scale manufacturing site.

5)Stability Studies:
Design and monitor stability studies in line with ICH guidelines to establish shelf life and packaging suitability.

6)Documentation:
Prepare and review documents such as batch manufacturing records (BMR), protocols, reports, and product development reports.

Key Skills:
1) Hands-on experience in injectable formulation development
2) Knowledge of QBD, scale-up, and technology transfer processes
3) Understanding of ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements
4) Good documentation and project management skills
5) Experience in handling aseptic techniques and lyophilization is a plus
