📌 Position Details
Designation: Research Associate / Research Scientist – ADL
Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 3–8 years in an advanced characterization lab (preferably peptides and complex molecules)
🔬 Key Responsibilities
✔ Conduct characterization studies for peptides and complex injectable formulations, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
✔ Perform method development and validation for peptide-based and ion-complex molecules.
✔ Execute analytical testing, including RS, assay, amino acid content, acetic acid, and TFA content.
✔ Provide analytical support to the Synthesis Lab, adhering to project timelines.
✔ Maintain detailed documentation of lab activities, instrument logs, and training records.
✔ Prepare critical reports such as Certificates of Analysis (COA), Analytical Test Reports (ATR), and Stability Reports.
✔ Review analytical and stability data and ensure timely instrument calibration.
✔ Utilize advanced techniques like HPLC, LC-MS, GC, UV/Vis Spectrophotometry, particle size analysis, and in vitro release testing.
