Key Skills and Responsibilities
Ipca Laboratories is looking for operators who are proficient in modern packaging technologies and documentation practices. Candidates should possess the following key skills:
- Machine Operation: Expertise in handling and maintaining strip and blister packing machinery.
- Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with Track & Trace Systems and performing Challenge Tests.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to handle Teach Pharma Code and manage Calibration & Changeover processes.
- Documentation: Proficiency in BPR (Batch Production Record) and E-Log Book filling to ensure regulatory compliance.
