WALK-IN INTERVIEW
QUALITY ASSURANCE (IPQA)
Position: Executive / Senior Executive
Qualification: B. Pharma / M. Pharma / M. Sc.
Experience: 3 to 9 Years
Required Skills:
•Providing line clearances during the manufacturing activities like Dispersing, Manufacturing, Visual inspection, Packing and Dispatch activities
•Collection and submission of in process samples, finished product samples, stability samples, control samples, cleaning samples and other samples as described in respective procedures/black manufacturing records and packing records/protocol
•Performing AQL inspection and periodic inspection of control samples
•Review of the executed batch manufacturing records, batch packing records and protocols
•Preparation and evaluation of the visual inspection defect set, test set and qualification of Visual inspectors
•Person should have exposure on QMS elements (CAPA, Change control,Deviation)
PRODUCTION PHARMA
Position: Officer / Senior Officer
Qualification: Diploma / B. Sc.
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Required Skills:
•Hands on experience in Operation & Cleaning of Val Washing machine, Deprooperation Tunnel, Automatic, Terminal sterilization, Val Filling and Val Sealing machine & Automatic PFS filling machine
•Hands on experience in Operation & Cleaning Lyophilizers with Auto Loading & Unloading Systems (ALUS)
•Exposure in Aseptic process activities, Aseptic techniques, Aseptic filling & sealing activities and Media fill activities
•Execution Knowledge on manufacturing and compounding activities
Position: Executive & Senior Executive
Qualification: M. Pharmacy / B. Pharmacy
Experience: 2 to 7 Years
Required Skills:
•Hands on experience in Manufacturing, filtration, Filling, Lyophilization, Sealing, Pre & post Manufacturing activities
•Planning and Execution of Batch Manufacturing Activities, Filling Activities, Lyophilization, sealing activities & filter Integrity
•Experience on monitoring of NPPC and trending
•Hands on experience in Documentation activities in shop floor
•Planning & Execution of Aseptic Media Fill simulation activities & Execution of Intervention’s
QUALITY CONTROL
Position: Executive
Qualification: B. Pharma / M. Sc.
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Required Skills:
•Handling of Caliber LIMS masters creation
•Handling of Biological assays (Antifactor Xa & Antifactor Iia)
•Handling of Assay of Heparin sodium & Enoxaparin sodium is preferable
•Analysis of In-process, Finished Product, Stability & Raw material
•Handling of HPLC/GC with empower Software
•Handling of UV Visible Instrument, KF and Potentiometer with Tiamo Software
•Handling of IR Instrument, Polarimeter, Melting Point Apparatus, Ion Chromatography
•Handling of AAS instrument, LCPMS and NMR
•Knowledge and preventive maintenance of laboratory instrument like HPLC,GC,UV,RLC,AAS,ICP-MS, NMR, KF, Potentiometer, TOC
MICROBIOLOGY
Position: Associate – PG
Qualification: M. Sc. (Microbiology / Biotechnology)
Experienc: Freshers
Required Skills:
•Candidate should be aware of basic microbiology techniques
•The pass outs of 2024 with minimum 60% marks
•Good Communication Skills
Position: Executive
Qualification: M. Sc. (Microbiology / Biotechnology)
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Required Skills:
•Environmental Monitoring in aseptic areas
•Water Sampling, Utility Monitoring
•Trend Preparation
