Job Description:
For Granulation:
•Operate and monitor granulation equipment such as RMG, FBD
• Ensure proper material mixing, drying, and granulation processes as per BMR.
• Clean and maintain equipment before and after use as per SOPs.
• Assist in periodic preventive maintenance activities.
For compression:
•Set up, operate, and monitor bi-layer compression machines to ensure consistent tablet production.
• Adjust machine parameters to achieve desired tablet weight, hardness, thickness, and appearance.
• Candidates with Korsch and compression machine experience will be prioritized for relevant opportunities.
•Ensure proper die, punch, and tooling setup based on the product specifications.
• Perform in-process quality checks such as weight variation, thickness, hardness, and friability.
