Training Lead – 01 positions

• Qualifiaction: B.Pharma/ M.Pharma or relevant experience in Clinical Research

• Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant experience

Job Description:

• Plan, organize, coordinate and execute E-learning Training System across all locations of COD Research.

• Conduct trainings and prepare content modules in efficient manner. Plan and organize various methods of training and evaluation.

• Identify and implement innovative training methodologies.

• Identify external trainers for special trainings on regulatory requirements as well as soft skills as per department TNI.

• Facilitate internal trainings across COD Research functions.

• Act as Archivist with different functions across COD Research for archival and retrieval of records as applicable.

Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Working Days: 5 Days a week (On-site)
