Open Positions and Requirements
Eugia Pharma is currently looking to fill three key roles within their Quality Assurance (QA) department. These roles demand a strong background in M. Pharma or B. Pharma and specialized experience in sterile environments.
- Executive (IPQA): This role is ideal for professionals with 3 to 5 years of experience. Candidates should be well-versed in sterile operations, specifically with lyophilized and dry powder injections. Key responsibilities include managing in-process checks, maintaining aseptic practices, and conducting environmental monitoring (both viable and non-viable).
- Sr. Executive (Validation): Designed for those with 7 to 9 years of experience, this position focuses on validation processes within sterile facilities. Successful applicants will have hands-on experience with computer system validation (CSV) and cleaning validation.
- Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager (Validations): This leadership role requires 12 to 15 years of experience. Candidates must be capable of leading a validation team and should have faced a regulatory audit within the last three years. Expertise in sterile API and complex validation protocols is essential.
