Walk-in Drive

Experience: 3 to 10 years (Multiple openings)

Job Location: Malanpur, Gwalior

1. Quality Control – HPLC & Wet Labs (B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry)

•Hands-on experience on HPLC

•Proven track record of using empower software

•24*7 audit readiness

•Responsible for investigation on OOS & OOT

•Participation in Internal, External, Regulatory audits

•Responsible for ensuring the safety of CAPA

•Hands-on experience in Wet Chemistry

•Good knowledge on PSD & XRD techniques

2. Engineering – B.E. Mechanical

•Calibration of field instruments as per schedule

•Planning and scheduling for annual calibration of all instruments

•Inspect and approve the instrument items received in Engineering Stores and carry out project-related modifications as per requirement

•Assist Site Head-Engineering in the technical evaluation of new instrument items

3. Quality Sr Specialist (QA) – B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry

•Tracing of application for product licenses for government bodies

•Tracking of CAPA triggered from internal audit, cGMP walk, cGMP GEMBA, Self-Inspection, customer audit/ regulatory audit

•Responsible for maintaining inspection readiness documents

4. Team Leader & Operator (Production) – B.E Chemical / B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry

•Responsible for recording the observation of reaction parameters on the batch card as per approved procedure

•Carrying out dispensing activities as per applicable procedure

•Filling out all the batch cards (production cleaning) as per approved instruction

•Carrying out batch processing
