Job description:
• Develop biochemical and cell based in vitro assays using various technologies (Fluorescence Polarization, HTRF, FRET, BRET, TR-FRET, Luminescence, AlphaScreen, AlphaLisa etc)
• Screen NCEs using validated biochemical and cell based in vitro assays
• Hands on experience in setting up qPCR, western blot assays
• Prepare SOP drafts of validated biochemical and cell based assays
• Draft technical write ups for proposals to be submitted to clients
• Manage experimental record and laboratory equipment
