Zydus- Walk In Interview for multiple opening in formulation manufacturing plant on 4th & 5th March, 2023
Inviting candidates for a walk-in interview for formulation manufacturing plant on 4th & 5th March, 2023 from 9 am to 5 pm.
(The interview will take place at Indore)
Production
Technical Assistant / Operator (OSD Production) ITI / Diploma Engineer / Pharmacy with 1-8 years of experience in operating pharma machines i.e. granulation (ACG, glatt, tapasya, GEA), wurster coater (ACG, glatt, anish), fitzpatrick roll compactor, compression machines (fette, korsch), ACG encapsulation machine, wruster coating, coating machines (glatt, ACG, ganson) and inspection machine (sensum).
Candidates having experience in hormonal products will be preferred.
Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive (OSD Production): B.Pharm / M.Pharm with 2-6 years of relevant experience in OSD production, supervision, operation. monitoring and related documentation. Candidates should have exposure to working in a regulatory plant and candidates having experience in hormonal products will be preferred.
Packing
Technical Assistant / Operator (OSD Packing): ITI / Diploma Engineer / Pharmacy with 2-8 years of experience in operating with machines like CVC bulk packing & Blister Packing Machine (BQS. ACG, Pampac).
Executive / Officer (OSD Packing): B. Sc / B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 2-6 years of relevant experience in OSD packing, supervision, operation, monitoring and related documentation. Candidates should have exposure to working in a regulatory plant.
Engineering
Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager – Engineer B.E/ B. Tech with 6-12 years of pharmaceutical (formulation manufacturing) plant maintenance experience in OSD equipment & electrical maintenance. QMS documentation and equipment qualification in OSD plant will be an added advantage.
Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager – Engineer: B.E/ B. Tech with 4-15 years of
experience in preventive maintenance OSD equipment, HVAC, BMS, calibration, air compressor, chiller, water system QMS documentation and equipment qualification of OSD plant. Candidates must possess knowledge on PLC, SCADA and HLM.

Executive / Sr. Executive: B. Pharm/ M.Sc./ M. Pharm with 2-8 years of relevant experience in IPQA / validation & qualification related activities in oral solid dosage manufacturing facilities.
Quality Control
Executive / Sr. Executive – Quality Control (Analyst): B.Sc. / M.Sc. with 2-6 years of hands-on experience in analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, dissolution apparatus, UV visible spectrometer, weight analysis, stability studies in OSD formulation manufacturing plant.
Candidates must have exposure in working in a regulatory pharmaceutical plant.
