Qualification- M.Sc Microbiology
Experience – 4-8 years

Roles and Responsibility:
1.Handling of Quality Management System. Initiation, evaluation and closure of change controls, deviation, incidents, CAPA with investigation and technical justification.
2. Handling of laboratory compliance and quality rise management.
3.Preparation of risk assessment and verification of risk mitigation plan.
4.Preparation and revision of SOP’s as per the laboratory requirements.
5.Review of laboratory records and ensuring the compliance on day to day activities.
6.Conducting trainings within the team to strengthen the team activities.
7.Equipment qualifications and review of IQ, OQ, and PQ reports.
8.Validations and calibrations of laboratory equipment’s.
9.Preparation of protocols and execution of miscellaneous studies.
10.Incident investigations and root cause analysis.
11.Preparation of miscellaneous validation protocols and their executions.
12.Media fill visual inspection.
Water system monitorig ( water quality) 13.Growth promotion test.
14.Media preparation, maintenance of media stock.
15.Lab Cleaningnes, fumigation.
16.Environmental monitoring of manufacturing area clean room and microbiology
clean room.
17. Microbial limit testing of raw materials/Finished product.
18.Maintenance & preservation of pure cultures.
