Job Opportunity: Deputy Manager – DQA
This position is tailored for experienced professionals in the pharmaceutical industry who specialize in API Quality Assurance and Process Chemistry. The selected candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the highest quality standards in drug development and manufacturing.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Education: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
Experience:
•10–14 years of total experience, including:
•2–3 years as a Process Chemist
•6–7 years in API Quality Assurance (QA)
Key Skills:
•Expertise in KSM/KRM identification, analytical method validation, and stability protocols.
•Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (SOPs, BMR, BPR, COAs).
•Experience in handling OOS/OOT investigations,CAPA implementation, and Change Control processes.
Key Responsibilities:
•Review and approve process development documents, including specifications and safety studies.
•Collaborate with PRD, ARD, and QC teams to ensure compliance and technical accuracy.
•Lead root cause analysis for deviations and implement corrective actions.
•Monitor Quality Metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
