BioPlus Life Science, a prominent player in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned professional to fill the role of GM Manufacturing (Plant Head) at its advanced manufacturing facility in Whitefield, Bangalore. This leadership position, reporting directly to the AVP – Technical Operations, is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth of the plant.
About the Role
The GM Manufacturing (Plant Head) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, with a focus on Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) formulations. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, along with a proven ability to lead teams and manage regulatory audits.
Key Eligibility Criteria
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm/M. Pharm) or a Ph.D. in a related field.
Experience: 20–25 years in pharmaceutical plant operations, including at least 3 years as a Plant Head in an OSD formulation unit.
Regulatory Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing ≥5 regulatory audits (e.g., USFDA, MHRA, TGA, Health Canada).

•Warehouse & Inventory Management: Optimize storage systems and inventory control to enhance efficiency.
