Key Job Responsibilities
As a member of the Tagoor R&D team, you will be responsible for:
- Synthetic Routes: Developing scalable synthetic routes for APIs and Intermediates.
- Process Optimization: Optimizing reactions to improve overall yield and significantly reduce impurities.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving process issues and deviations during development.
- Documentation: Maintaining meticulous experimental records and detailed development reports.
- Collaboration: Working closely with Analytical R&D for method development and impurity profiling.
- Technology Transfer: Supporting critical scale-up and technology transfer activities.
