Location: Daman

Department: Human Resources
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements across job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand and fulfill manpower requirements.
- Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and documentation.
- Prepare recruitment MIS reports including hiring status, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and vacancy reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand.
Eligibility
Education
- MBA (HR) / PG Diploma in HR
Experience
- 2 to 4 years of relevant recruitment experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
2. Engineering Store Officer
Location: Daman
Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (Formulation)
Department: Engineering Store
Key Responsibilities
- Possess knowledge of GMP, GDP, and Good Engineering Practices (GEP).
- Manage receipt, inspection, storage, and issue of engineering spares, consumables, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain inventory records, GRNs, issue slips, stock registers, and bin cards.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, preservation, and storage of materials.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, safety standards, and audit requirements.
- Monitor inventory, prepare MIS reports, and track stock consumption and valuation.

Education
- B.Com / Diploma
Experience
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
