Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and maintain Form-Fill-Seal (FFS), auger filling, auto-cartoning, case packing, palletizing, sterilization, and end-of-line packing equipment.
- Perform machine setup and changeovers for efficient production.
- Troubleshoot pneumatic, servo, PLC/HMI, robotic pick-and-place, barcode, vision inspection, labeling, aggregation, and traceability systems.
- Execute preventive maintenance and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to improve equipment reliability.
3. Executive – Production (OSD & Liquid)
Experience
- 2–8 Years in the Pharmaceutical/FMCG Industry
Qualification
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm
Work Location
- Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute production activities in:
- Granulation
- Compression
- Coating
- Capsule Filling
- Liquid Manufacturing
- Filling Areas
- Prepare and review BMR & BPR documentation.
- Ensure daily cleaning activities and preventive maintenance as per schedule.
