🔹 Analytical R&D (AR&D)
- Method development & validation for pharmaceutical products
- Hands-on exposure to HPLC, PREP-HPLC, XRD instrumentation
- Preparation of technical reports, documentation, and regulatory compliance
🔹 Chemical R&D (CR&D)
- Synthesis R&D (Oligonucleotides) and advanced drug development projects
- Techniques including solid-phase synthesis, enzymatic ligation, purification
