- Qualification: High School / Secondary Diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage clinical trial activities based on assigned task matrix
- Conduct internal, country-level, and investigator file reviews
- Ensure quality delivery of allocated tasks within time and budget
- Redistribute tasks within the team based on availability and performance
- Maintain study documentation, trackers, and systems (e.g., CTMS, Oracle Activate, eTMF)
- Manage system access and ensure audit-readiness and compliance
- Handle administrative trial tasks including document processing, mass communication, and reporting
- Schedule client/internal meetings and manage action items
- Compile Investigator Site File (ISF) and pharmacy binder
- Participate in kick-off and project launch meetings
Educational & Professional Requirements
- High/Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- Certificate in technical or vocational discipline (if applicable)
- 0–4 years of experience in clinical research or related project coordination
- Basic understanding of clinical research systems (CTMS, eTMF) is a plus
