Sun Pharma, a leading global pharmaceutical company, is expanding its Research & Development (R&D) team in Baroda and is seeking experienced professionals in biotechnology. The company has announced openings for Senior Executives and Managers in two specialized domains: Immunogenicity and Mass Spectrometry.
Key Openings:
1. Biotechnology (Immunogenicity)
Qualification: M.Sc / M.Tech in Biotechnology / Biochemistry
Experience: 5 – 7 years
Grade: Senior Executive
Key Responsibilities:
•Conducting cell-based assays and in-vitro immunogenicity techniques (Flow Cytometry, Luminex, Elispot, Immunoaffinity).
•Handling IRMI-based Innate Immunogenicity assays, T Cell assays, and cell isolation techniques.
•Expertise in PBMC isolation, cell line handling, and cell bank preparation.
•Assay development, GLP-compliant sample analysis, troubleshooting, and report drafting.
•Experience in LBA Bioanalytical assays (PK/TK/ADA/NAB) is a plus.
2. Biotechnology (Mass Spectrometry)
Qualification: M.Sc / M.Tech / PhD in Biotechnology / Biochemistry
Experience: 5 – 9 years
Grade: Senior Executive / Manager 2
Key Responsibilities:
•Developing LC-MS-based methods for protein and peptide characterization.
•Designing advanced workflows for product variant analysis, HCP profiling, glycan analysis, and more.
•Implementing chromatography and mass spectrometry strategies for impurity assessment.
•Preparing quality target profiles for innovator products from different regions.
