Aculife Healthcare Private Limited (formerly known as “NIRLIFE”) is seeking highly experienced professionals for the position of AGM/DGM/GM in Research & Development (R&D) specializing in sterile injectables and parenteral formulations. This is a leadership role for candidates with 15–25 years of expertise in pharmaceutical R&D, particularly in compliance with US, EU, Canada, and Brazil markets.

Qualification: M.Pharm / Ph.D
Experience: 15–25 years in sterile dosage forms, injectables, lyophilization, and complex formulations
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead formulation development of sterile products (injectables, ophthalmic, lyophilized, nano-suspensions/emulsions).
•Conduct pre-formulation studies, scale-up, and technology transfer to manufacturing sites (including CMOs).
•Perform patent searches and analyze regulatory guidelines (US FDA, EU, etc.).
•Prepare FDA query responses, pre-ANDA documents, and regulatory submissions.
•Oversee packaging development and ensure compliance with global standards.
•Mentor and upgrade the R&D team with the latest regulatory and technical advancements.
