The company has announced walk-in interviews for the following positions:
1. Senior Executive (CPP)
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E (Mechanical) with BOE Certification
Experience: 4–8 years in CPP, Thermal Plant, or Coal-based Plant with CFBC Boiler experience
Job Responsibilities:
Handle shift production for power generation.
Plan raw materials and consumables for shifts.
Troubleshoot and implement solutions for process issues.
Coordinate with engineering teams during downtime to restore production.
Optimize plant operations for better quality and ensure EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) compliance.
2. HR Assistant (Third Party Payroll)
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience: 2–3 years in the manufacturing industry
Job Responsibilities:
Manage CLMS, contractor and worker documentation, and compliance activities.
Ensure smooth HR operations with good knowledge of MS Office.
