🧪 Role Overview
This senior-level position is designed for professionals with 10–15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical formulations industry. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in driving export strategies, managing international marketing efforts, and expanding the company’s footprint across regulated and semi-regulated markets.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies for business development and market expansion
Oversee regulatory, commercial, and managerial aspects of export operations
Coordinate international marketing initiatives and client communications
Formulate and implement exports and marketing strategies
Lead and manage a high-performing team of professionals
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy or any discipline
MBA in International Business/Marketing (preferred)
Proven expertise in ROW markets (Africa, Asia, CIS, LATAM)
In-depth knowledge of export documentation and procedures
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel internationally
🌐 Preferred Experience
Handling pharmaceutical formulations and finished dosage forms
Navigating regulated and semi-regulated markets
Identifying new markets, acquiring customers, and managing product registration
