Position: HR – Operations
Experience: 10-15 years
Location: Hyderabad.
CTC: Negotiable
Role and Responsibilities:
•Support business leaders/ unit heads in achieving the results by facilitating the workforce planning, structure and span, career planning and development, capability building, and succession planning.
•Establish HRIS to create & manage employee database & facilitate implementation of ESS portal.
•Implement processes to handle employee grievances and establish healthy employee relations climate in the organization.
•Responsible for overall activities of HR & Admin department functions at Factory and Corporate Office.
Qualification & Skills: MBA/PGDM-HR
