WE ARE HIRING – Scientist / Scientist I (Bioinformatics)
•Location: Bangalore
•Qualification: MSc or M.Tech in Bioinformatics
•Experience: 3 – 4 years in bioinformatics analysis of various NGS applications
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Develop robust NGS pipelines for analysis and interpretation of sequencing data.
•Organize and manage large-scale genomic datasets.
•Perform NGS data analysis, including WGS, RNASeq, Small RNA, GBS, and Metagenome (16S, ITS, Whole metagenome) projects.
•Write and maintain scripts using Python, PHP, JQuery, and MySQL.
•Manage project timelines and ensure on-time deliverables.
•Implement and automate data processing workflows for efficiency.
Skills Required:
•Strong understanding of bioinformatics tools and NGS workflows.
•Proficiency in programming (Python, PHP, JQuery) and database management (MySQL).
•Experience in handling large-scale genomic datasets.
