Current Job Openings and Requirements
SBL Private Limited is hiring across multiple departments including Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Microbiology, Production, Store, and Engineering. For most roles, injectable experience is preferred.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Jr. Officer/Officer (IPQA): Requires 4–6 years of experience with skills in IPQA, in-process checks, batch records, and GMP. Qualifications include B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharma, or M.Pharma.
- Jr. Officer/Officer: Requires 4–6 years of experience in QA documentation, SOPs, CAPA, change control, and compliance. Qualifications include B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharma, or M.Pharma.
Quality Control (QC) & Microbiology
- Assistant Manager (QC): Requires 10–15 years of experience in QC leadership, validation, OOS/OOT, audits, and compliance. Qualifications include B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharma, or M.Pharma.
- Jr. Officer/Officer (QC): Requires 4–6 years of experience in QC testing, RM/FP analysis, stability, and pharmacopeial compliance. Qualifications include B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharma, or M.Pharma.
- Jr. Officer/Officer (Micro): Requires 4–5 years of experience in sterility, BET, EM, and aseptic area monitoring for injectables. Qualifications include B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharma, or M.Pharma.
Production, Store & Engineering
- Sr. Officer / Assistant Manager (Production – Tablet): Requires 10–15 years of experience in tablet manufacturing, process validation, team handling, and cGMP. Qualifications include B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharma, or M.Pharma.
- Officer (Store): Requires 5–10 years of experience in RM/PM handling, inventory control, SAP, and GMP stores. Qualifications include B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharma, or M.Pharma.
- Jr. Officer (Engineering – Water System): Requires 5–8 years of experience in PW/WFI operation, sanitization, validation, and GMP documentation. Qualifications include ITI, B.Sc, or B.Pharma.
