Valens is expanding its Quality Control team and is inviting applications from skilled and motivated professionals for the position of QC Officer / Executive. 🔹 Position Details
- Role: QC Officer / Executive
- Department: Quality Control
- Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years
- Industry: Pharmaceuticals (API Manufacturing)
🔹 Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for performing and supporting quality control activities in compliance with GMP standards. Core responsibilities include:
- Performing analysis using HPLC, GC, and AAS
- Operating and maintaining instruments such as:
- Flame Photometer
- Potentiometer
- KF (Karl Fischer) Apparatus
- IR Spectrophotometer
- Dissolution Apparatus
- Conducting wet chemical analysis and water analysis
- Calibration of QC instruments
- Ensuring documentation compliance as per WHO-GMP and GMP standards
- Supporting audit readiness and regulatory compliance activities
🔹 Required Skills
Candidates must have hands-on experience in:
- High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
- Gas Chromatography (GC)
- Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS)
- Instrument calibration and maintenance
- Analytical method execution and documentation
- GMP-compliant laboratory practices
