Experience: 7–15 years in in-licensing, product strategy, new product development (NPD), or pharma business development
Key Requirements:
- Strong exposure to oncology or specialty pharma
- Proven track record in driving product innovation and portfolio expansion
2. QC Officer & Executive
Experience: 1–6 years
Key Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography)
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality standards
3. QA Validation
Experience: 7–10 years
Key Requirements:
- Must have prior experience in an injectable plant
- Expertise in validation processes and compliance
4. Warehouse Manager
Experience: 12–15 years
Key Requirements:
- Experience in handling international audits
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain management
5. PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control)
Experience: 7–10 years
Key Requirements:
- Experience in production planning, inventory control, and coordination across departments
