We Are Hiring: API Manufacturing – Oncology
Are you a driven individual looking to build or elevate your career in pharmaceutical manufacturing? Oneiro Lifecare is currently hiring for multiple positions in its oncology API division, located at its state-of-the-art facility in Vadodara, Gujarat.
Available Positions
1. Officer – API Manufacturing
Qualification:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry) OR
B.E. / B.Tech. (Chemical Engineering)
Experience:
2–5 years in oncology API or bulk drug manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
Execute daily manufacturing operations
Ensure GMP documentation
Adhere to cGMP and EHS standards
Support QA/ QC activities and perform in-process checks
2. Shift In-Charge – API Manufacturing
Qualification:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry) OR
B.E. / B.Tech. (Chemical / Pharma Engineering)
Experience:
5–8 years, with 2–3 years in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities:
Lead shift production activities
Manage workforce and shift planning
Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and EHS
Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and other departments
Prepare shift reports and ensure smooth handovers
3. Plant In-Charge (AM/Manager) – Oncology API
Qualification:
M.Sc. (Chemistry) OR
B.E. / B.Tech. (Chemical Engineering)
Experience:
8–10 years, with 3–5 years in a plant leadership role
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee entire plant operations
Ensure team performance and target achievement
Drive GMP compliance and audit readiness
Lead safety, risk, and training initiatives
Optimize plant cost, yield, and efficiency.
