About the Role
The Executive – Management Office will play a crucial role in supporting the management team by handling day-to-day operations, coordinating communication across departments, and ensuring smooth administrative functions. Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, meetings, and confidential communication for senior leadership.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for efficient communication.
Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for management.
Plan and organize travel, events, and expense reports.
Support expatriate executives with coordination and logistics.
Utilize Microsoft Office and Teams for documentation, communication, and presentations.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 1–4 years in administrative or management support functions.
Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams.
Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
A positive, proactive, and collaborative approach to work.
