Open Positions and Eligibility Criteria
NATCO Pharma is hiring across three primary departments. Below are the specific roles, required qualifications, and experience levels:
1. OSD Production & Packing (Operators & Supervisors)
- Qualifications: I.T.I, Diploma, B. Pharmacy, or M. Pharmacy.
- Experience: 4 to 8 years.
- Key Skills: Candidates should have hands-on experience in Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule Filling, and Spray Drying. Knowledge of Track-n-Trace, Bottle/Blister Packing, and Dry powder filling is essential.
- Technical Knowledge: Applicants must be familiar with IPQC, Labelling, HAPA Printing, and Quality Management Systems (QMS) including Change Controls, Investigations, and CAPA preparation.
2. Quality Control (Analysts)
- Qualifications: B. Pharmacy, M. Pharmacy, or M.Sc.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years.
- Technical Expertise: Experience in analytical testing of Raw Materials, Finished Products, and Stability Samples. Proficiency in handling instruments like HPLC, Dissolution Apparatus, IR Spectrophotometer, UV Spectrophotometer, and Karl Fischer Apparatus is required.
3. Microbiology (Analysts)
- Qualifications: M.Sc in Microbiology or Bio-technology.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years.
- Core Responsibilities: Expertise in Environmental Monitoring, Water Testing, MLT, Growth Promotion Testing, and Bacterial Endotoxin Testing (BET). A solid understanding of GLP and GDP requirements is mandatory.
