We are hiring a Manager for the DQA. This position will be responsible for taking full spectrum QA activities pertaining to our R & D( Bengaluru).
· Review of Development Documents and processes for Regulated markets, including Analytical methods, PDR.
·Implement the Development Quality System. Develop, implement, track, review, approve elements of the Quality Management System, including, but not limited to SOPs, Change Control, Deviations, Incidents, CAPAs, and Product Complaints.
Interface with R&D and Project Management Team to conduct audits, Facilitate for Performing Risk assessment and monitoring of proposed mitigation plans -Implementation of QbD tools wherever feasible in the Product development process
.Lead, manage and train the team members
Desired Qualification is M Pharma with 10 -12 years of similar experience.
