Requirement details:
Vacancies: Executive/Assistant Manager
Qualification: MSc/M.Tech in Microbiology or Biotechnology
Experience: 3 to 6 Years Experience
Department: Manufacturing
Key responsibilities;
• Execute experiments for downstream processing and protein purification.
• Develop and optimize purification processes: chromatography (affinity, ion exchange, size exclusion), ultrafiltration/diafiltration, and other downstream unit operations.
• Operate and maintain downstream processing equipment such as AKTA systems, TFF systems and other purification-related instruments.
• Ensure adherence to CGMP guidelines: prepare/review SOPs, BMRs and other documentation.
Technical skills:
• Hands-on experience in downstream processing with chromatographic and filtration expertise.
• Proficiency in using and maintaining protein purification systems: AKTA, TFF and centrifugation systems.
• Strong understanding of CMP guidelines and operational requirements.
• Experience with analytical techniques: SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, HPLC and ELISA.
