Quality Control (API/FML)
Quality Control (MICRO)
Qualification:
B.Sc./ M.Sc. (Chemistry)/ B. Pharma/ M. Sc (Microbiology)
Experience:
2 to 7 yrs.
Quality Control (API / FML):
JOB DESCRIPTION
1) Awareness in Sampling and testing of RM/Excipients
2) Experiences in HPLC/GC/IR/UV/ Dissolution/ Polarimeter/ Potentiometric titrations/ KF/ PSD by Malvern
3) Awareness on current Data Integrity requirements & CGMP requirements, Stability studies
4) Knowledgeable in handling OOS/ OOT/ Deviations and QMS (CAPA, CCP etc.) / LIMS Software
Quality Control (MICRO):
1) Shall have knowledge on handling OSD & API
2) Shall be able to perform MLT analysis, Culture handling, Water sampling & analysis, EM Monitoring
3) Aware on current cGMP, Data Integrity, QMS, LIMS
5) Shall be able to prepare trend reports
6) Shall be able to handle Micro investigations
7) Shall have handling of experience on Micro method validations
Quality Control (LCMS & GCMS)
Qualification: B.Sc./ M.Sc. (Chemistry)/ B. Pharma
Experience Required: 2 to 7 yrs
Designation –
E1 (Officer)/ E2 (Executive)
LCMS & GCMS:
1) Hands-on experience in handling LCMS & GCMS
2) Ability to troubleshoot while working on LC/GC-MS
3) Strong knowledge in analytical method validations (Nitrosamines & genotoxic impurities) of OSD & API’s
4) Calibration expertise
