Department: Quality Control (API/FML) & Quality Control (Micro-API/FML), Quality Assurance (API/FML)
Qualifications: B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry/ Micro)/B. Pharma
Experience required: 4 to 15 yrs
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Quality Control:
Awareness in Sampling and testing of RM/Excipients
Experiences in testing & handling of (for Drug Substances & Oral formulations-Suspensions, caps and Tabs) HPLC/GC/LCMS/GCMS/IR/UV/Dissolution/Polarimeter/ Potentiometric/ titrations/KF/PSD by Malvern & Other wet & Physical analysis
Awareness on current Data Integrity requirements & cGMP requirements, Stability studies
Knowledgeable in handling OOS/OOT/Deviations and QMS ( CAPA, CCP etc..)
Knowledge in Labware LIMS
Competent in Analytical methods validations & transfers of Drug substances and Drug Products
Experience in drafting investigation reports and protocols
Micro-Functioning of QC Microbiology lab (API & Formulation) as per approved procedures.
Quality Assurance:
Review of BPR, batch cleaning record, test data
sheet, Sampling of API finished goods.
Preparation of APQR
Handing of QMS document (Change control,
Deviation, CAPA, OOS, OOT) review. Response preparation of customer queries & questioner
Review of qualification & validation document,investigation report, QRM etc
Experiences in review of QC analytical
documents.
