Eligibility:

Qualification: ITI/Diploma, B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, D.Pharmacy, M.Sc

Experience: 2 to 8 years (role-dependent)

Key Responsibilities:

Operations involving autoclaving, compounding, filling, vial washing, packing, sealing, coating, compression, capsule filling, blister packing, and lyophilization
-
Quality Management System (QMS) implementation and drafting skills

Shop floor operations management for Injectables and OSD
-
Driving operational excellence initiatives
Special Preference: Candidates with experience in three-piece ophthalmic operations and complex injectables like microfluidisers are highly preferred.
