This high-impact role, based in Hyderabad, is tailored for industry veterans with over 20 years of experience, including a decade in core R&D leadership within biologics.
The selected candidate will join Ichor’s mission to advance plasma-derived therapies, biosimilars, and insulin innovations. This position demands a rare blend of scientific expertise, regulatory acumen, and leadership prowess to navigate the complexities of lab-to-commercial scale production while ensuring compliance with global standards.
Who Should Apply?
Ichor seeks a strategic thinker with:
•20+ years in biologics, including 10+ years leading R&D (plasma, insulin, or biosimilars preferred).
•Mastery of dossier preparation, TTD documentation, and regulatory submissions (FDA/EMA experience a plus).
•Hands-on experience scaling processes from lab → pilot → commercial manufacturing.
•Expertise in chromatographic purification, resin selection, and downstream optimization.
•Proven ability to troubleshoot manufacturing challenges and lead M-SAT (Master of Science and Technology) activities.
Bonus: Candidates with a strong grasp of process documentation for plasma/biologics R&D will stand out.
