We have a walk-in on 01 & 02 .02.2025 for Executive or Sr. Executive (QA-IPQA-Injectable or Biologics) for VIRCHOW BIOTECH PVT LTD, Hyderabad.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
1) perform IPQA activities at shop floor in each stage of sterile manufacturing and packing.
2)QA overview for clean room behavior and aseptic activity.
3)Review of batch processing records.
4)Review of all documents relating to the manufacturing, Packaging & analysis report prior to batch release.
5)Review of documents of respective areas and logbooks for adequacy and completeness.
6)QA overview for receipt of material from warehouse to production.
7) IPQA of Dispensing, Manufacturing, Packaging and Dispatch activities.
8)Review and Control of SOPs, Specification, BPR issuance, Master Formulae and Records.
9)Preparation & Review of process validation protocols and reports.
10)Executing the validation/revalidation activity in the absence of authorized person.
11)Any job activity assigned by HOD
12) Responsible for regulatory audits with exposure

Qualification: B. Sc, M. Sc, B. Pharma and B. Tech,
Diploma(mech) or ITI (Fitter or Electrical),
Location : Hyderabad
Experience : 2 to 7 Years

Salary Range : based on the present Salary
Job Description :
1) Should have basic idea on aseptic operations
3) Should have an idea on Vail, cartridge and ampoule Filling.
4) Control and adjust machine settings as needed to maintain desired line speed
5) Responsible for accurate production and packaging changeovers as per packaging schedule
6) Maintain a clean work area and clean equipment before and after shift.
Should be able handle line activities of Manufacturing of Injectable .
7) Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure production equipment runs efficiently.
8) Remove damaged products or supplies, as needed.
