Department: Production

Position: Officer – Production (Topical)

Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharm / M.Sc.

Job location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Job Responsibilities:

•Carry out online documentation of production activities, including batch manufacturing records, batch packing records, and log books.

•Perform calibration and daily verification of weighing balances as per the schedule.

•Ensure operation and cleaning of machines and areas as per standard operating procedures.

•Obtain line clearance from Quality Assurance to start operations as required.

•Allocate work to operators and workmen according to the production plan.

•Ensure the temperature and humidity of the processing area are within limits as specified in the Batch Manufacturing Record and Batch Packing Records.

•Conduct in-process checks at various intermediate stages of batch manufacturing and filling.

•Ensure that products are produced and stored according to standard operating procedures while maintaining required quality standards.

•Maintain the area for different regulatory audits.

•Follow all labeling procedures for areas, equipment, and products.

•Responsible for receiving dispensed raw materials from manufacturing.

•Ensure the yield of products after each stage aligns with Batch Manufacturing Record and primary packing.

•Report any abnormalities observed during the shift immediately to the Executive Production.

•Maintain a high degree of morale, discipline, and technical expertise in oneself and the team.

•Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Executive Production.
