🔍 Job Overview

As part of the Quality Analytics Team, you will develop Power BI dashboards, generate actionable insights from quality data, and collaborate with stakeholders to build scalable analytics solutions that enhance compliance, efficiency, and decision-making.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design and build Power BI dashboards for quality-related data.

• Partner with quality stakeholders to define requirements and create POCs or solution blueprints.

• Work with IT to industrialize analytics tools and ensure technical implementation.

• Perform solution testing, develop training content, and guide users on new analytics tools.

• Track solution adoption, gather feedback, and implement enhancements.

• Maintain GxP-compliant records and ensure adherence to SOPs under the Novartis Quality Management System.

• Manage user access and promote best practices across departments.

📈 Performance Metrics

• Timely and successful deployment of dashboards and analytics solutions.

• User satisfaction and solution adoption rates.

• Quality of documentation and training resources.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

👨‍💻 Experience:
0–4 years in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Science, or Quality (QA/QC) in the pharma/ biotech industry.

🧠 Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python, QlikSense, and Cloud Technologies.

• Familiarity with LLMs and Generative AI tools is an added advantage.

• Ability to manage ambiguity and collaborate across departments.

🎓 Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, or a degree in IT, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Data Science, or Business Administration.

🌐 Languages:

• Fluent in English (spoken & written).

• Other languages are a plus.
